Stained Trees

Trees have always fascinated me. Their structures are interesting and form intricate patterns of negative spaces, when void of leaves.  I take photos of them in winter, print them in high contrast black and white, on watercolor paper, then watercolor the spaces between branches.  This gives them a stained glass effect I like.  This is an ongoing series.
